Calling all commissioners and fantasy football players out there - Trade Deadline whats your thoughts on this in NFL keeper, custom and dynasty leagues. For some reason NFL.com has gone from having one as the default option to no deadline being the default. I’m setting polls in some of my leagues to see about having one but unsure actually what’s best - I think it is a safety valve to have one to stop people selling next years house to win this year or vice versa late on but not sure what the best date to have is - the 1st, 2nd or 3rd week of November are the choices - whats your thoughts?

Personally I always prefer to have a trade cut off, whether it’s a redraft, keeper or dynasty league. No later than Thanksgiving, but fine to have it earlier in Nov. Main thing is to make it clear to the whole league before the start of the season!
