A big Congratulations to Douglas Hay (McBear) - who has won this years Vuelta. I am actually sick as I truly thought I was gonna win this year - am now really gutted the last stage was cancelled as it could of swung the balance. As we had 6 entrants this year Douglas picks up a prize pot of £30.
