Week 11 Strikes (x2)
Sad to report the following strikes are awarded for NFL Week 11:
Ryan MacDonald - XtremeTeam23 - USA x2 for:
x1 Started DL - Christian Elliss - (NE) who was ruled out before his teams actual game day:
x1 Started LB - T.J. Edwards - (CHI) who was ruled out before his teams actual game day:
(LC) Well 2 more strikes for the same fella as last week (Ryan MacDonald) and for starting the exact same 2 players who are not back from injury he picked up 2 strikes for starting last week - when they were also ruled out before their actual gamedays. This now puts Ryan on 6 strikes for the season so clearly he’s mailed it in. 6 strikes means I look for a replacement now to replace him in season and he joins the banned list as per internal rules of the NBL.
SHOUT OUT TO ANY AMERICANS READING THIS
I am looking for a fantasy football player from the USA who takes free leagues seriously to replace a GM who did not!

Sad to report the following strike is awarded for NFL Week 12:

x1 Started LB - T.J. Edwards - (CHI) who was ruled out before his teams actual game day:
(LC) Nothing much to say - still looking for an immediate replacement. Ryan actually had 3 Did Not Play players who all looked unlikely to play as were out the previous week but as RB Josh Jacobs (GB) and DB Tyler Nubin (NYG) were both only 100% officially ruled out on Sunday (Game Day) for both teams cannot issue strikes. Clearly has most likely bugged off as knows he is being booted sooner than later.
Week 13 Strikes (x1)

(LC) Same shit, different week. Thankfully I have now found a yankie doodle dandy (aka American) replacement. Nothing further to say other than finally can boot Ryan and add him to the banned list. New US GM - Chris Smith should hopefully join today and be ready to play from Week 14 onwards.
HIGHEST WEEKLY SCORE RECORD BROKEN - again!
Wow - twice in the same season was the ‘Highest Weeks Score’ bettered and bettered again!
I must offer my most sincere apologies to Rick White (USA) for not picking this up until now (when doing the final updates and screen grabs for the season - updating all records and league history etc.).
Rick took this record away from fellow American Mike Delino (who had bettered his own previous highest score record back in Week 2 of this season before Rick surpassed it) in Week 16!

Note to self: whenever a weekly score surpasses 200 check to see if it has beaten the current highest weekly score record!
It is kind of crazy to think the record sat at 197 for over a decade - 10 seasons and then it is broken twice in the same season - the first time not once but twice a team has scored over 200 points in one game week in the NBL ever. Can only think some scoring settings on Sleeper must be higher than they were on NFL.com as this is our first full season on Sleeper and boom 200 points is surpassed not once, but twice - and by two different teams.
But I digress… now Rick owns the record and this is how he did it:

USA wins a 'chip!
The USA finally gets back on the horse and wins only it’s 7th title in 21 seasons!
Still some way to go to catch the superior UK record of 14 titles. 
None the less a big congratulations goes to Matt Duffin of the USA who claims his first NBL Championship title:
