Interesting read. Others have credited John Nordstrom, the original Seahawks owner as helping stop the team from leaving. Having meet both John Nordstrom and George Argyros (ex- Mariners owner), the old Kingdome was the major reason for both guys selling their teams. Glad to see they stayed though.
