The TFP entry is tied 41st at the moment, 2.5 points away from a prize.
After a lot of research, mainly about which games we need to avoid, Iāve shortlisted the following six:-
Sun 18:00 Jacksonville (+9.5) @ (-9.5) Kansas City
I donāt really like this pick and have actually bet the other way (Chiefs @ -6.5), however this is likely to be Spreadexās most picked team and in our current situation, it makes sense to hang with the with league and take this as a win or loss with the rest of them.
Sun 18:00 New York Jets (+3.5) @ (-3.5) Miami
In a close divisional game, a FG would normally be the correct number but I think Miami have turned the corner and are playing better, the Jets seem like a team in a mess at the moment with problems at QB and every other offensive position. Decker has been a big miss and I think their other elite WR is struggling because of it. Itās now or never for Miami, I think the Jets will try to stop their running game and make Tannerhill beat them, which is normally something nobody wants to bet, however the Jets are the worst Pass Dā in the league and with players like Jarvis Landry, Kenny Stills and DeVante Parker surely one or two of them can get some TDās. The Bills couldnāt shut down Jay Ajayi so perhaps New York canāt either? So the 3.5 doesnāt worry me as much as it normally would, I see the Dolphins leading and the Jets are not equipped to chase down the scoreboard or backdoor this number.

Saints on the road is normally a concern but the 49ers are starting to look as bad as everyone thought the were. When this game starts I want to have Drew Brees on my side, not the other guy who seems destined to follow Chip Kelly out of NFL in a few months.

Shame the Packers donāt seem to have a RB sorted which would have made this an easy play. With the exception of Andrew Luck and Adam Vinatieri, the Colts have been woeful, a badly managed team with poor play-calling makes me want to go against them every week. I would have been more confident if this game was played at the end of November in normal Green Bay conditions instead of the predicted sunshine, the spread seems to have switched to -6.5 through the second most key number in ATS betting, so I may decide to leave this one out.

Had this game penciled in a while back when I first started researching week 9, the Chargers always seem to be in close games and coming off an overtime win in week 7 and a battering in Denver in week 8 a fully rested Titans team could turn San Diego over at the NFL easiest road venue. The Chargers are a better team but the -4.5 makes Tennessee the logical play

Over the past few seasons this would normally be a automatic play to bet Seattle, but having watching them all season they just donāt seem the same team. Russell Wilsons mobility doesnāt seem to there and they are struggling to score at will like they have normally done. Do the Bills give it everything going into their bye week? Can Dan Carpenter make every FG in one the NFLs toughest places to play especially for a prime time game. Can Tyrod Taylor remind the Seattle QB how to runā¦very tough game to predict and +7 makes this interesting, I may leave this one out too.
Only team I nearly added was Dallas and Iām a bit gutted that I decided to take out Atlanta on Thursday, I hope the whole league wasnāt on them as we should have been. Am I making the same mistake leaving out a Cowboys team which seems to be making a run to be the NFCās top seed?
